Organic vine-growing as to respect the environment and obtain the best organoleptic grapes’ quality. The vines grow on a trellising and on partly grass-covered ground.
Traditional pelicular maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel heat-regulated tanks. Maturing also in stainless steel tanks for at least a year. Tartaric stabilisation in cold room.
Very pretty velvety garnet colour, with a profound nose of red berries. Hearty start with great harmony and some delicate but present structure to this wine. 
Deli meats, red meat from the grill. Hard cheese or cheese with rinds.
Ideally at about 15 to 16°C (59-60°F)
