Aubance – an ideal playing field

Situated at the heart of the Aubance Valley, just 10 km from Angers, within the terroirs of Anjou Noir, Domaine de Haute Perche represents a surface area of 35 hectares of living soils, managed according to biodynamic practices.

Founded in the 1960 and acquired in 2019 by a lover of the French art of living and fine wine,

Haute Perche perfectly showcases the terroir of Aubance. The river’s gentleness combines with the power of schist.

Drawing on the expertise of men and women committed to sustainable vine growing, the estate produces and makes wine out of grapes, intended for frank and straightforward wines, at once organic and biodynamic, subtle and elegant, unique and renowned. Each spot has its own special features.

As a result, we monitor and take care of each vineyard parcel. Every task is tested, improved upon and made useful, and then obvious.

Rewarded by great wines

Elaborated according to farmer’s lore and the expertise of men and women devoted to sustainable winegrowing that has witnessed all of the changes at the estate, we are producing and making wine out of grapes, designed for unique and vibrant offerings, boasting the terroir.

Haute Perche reveals first and foremost the terroirs of Aubance. The estate produces frank and straightforward wines, at once organic and biodynamic, subtle and elegant, unique and renowned.
