Organic vine-growing as to respect the environment and obtain the best organoleptic grapes’ quality. The vines grow on a trellising and on partly grass-covered ground.
Traditional pelicular maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel heat-regulated tanks. Maturing also in stainless steel tanks for at least a year. Tartaric stabilisation in cold room.
This wine has a nose of persistent red berries, and its mouth offers aromas of ripe fruit with softness, then finishing on some freshness and lights spicy notes.
Deli meats, pizza, grilled meat, fish or spicy dishes. Perfect with a young camembert.
