Organic vine-growing as to respect the environment and obtain the best organoleptic grapes’ quality. The vines grow on a trellising and on partly grass-covered ground.
Harvest by hand. After the pressing, fermentation and wine-growing occur in heat-regulated stainless steel tanks. A second fermentation occurs in the bottle, with a 12 month – maturing on laths, followed by a disgorgement.
This subtle sparkling wine has fine bubbles and shows a floral and fruity freshness.
Festive wine to be served as an aperitive or to accompany a dessert.
